We answer on weekdays. Include the email address of your account and a link to the task or profile, and the matter is settled faster.
Report a problem
If you come across a scam attempt, inappropriate behaviour or unlicensed work, file the report from the task, profile or conversation page itself — that way it arrives attached to the right thing. We handle reports and explain the reasons for the decision.
Data protection
You can download your data and delete your account yourself in account settings. For any other data protection question, write to the same address.

Emergencies
Pystyy is not an emergency service. In an emergency or a crime, contact the authorities: the general emergency number is 112, the police advice line 0295 419 800.
Disputes
Contact us first. If the matter is not resolved, a consumer can contact consumer advice (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) or take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
