Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Pystyy. Pystyy is a listing platform: the agreement about the work is made between the client and the provider, and we are not a party to it.
Nature of the service
Pystyy is a marketplace that helps individuals and service providers find each other. Pystyy is not an employer, is not a party to the agreement between users, and does not guarantee that work will be performed, its quality, or that payment will be made.
User responsibilities
The service provider is responsible for their own taxation, insurance, permits, and statutory obligations. Users agree to follow the guidelines described on the Safety page and not to publish unlicensed or prohibited content.
Moderation
Admin may restrict, freeze, or remove accounts and content that violates the terms of service or the law.
