Basic guidelines

• Never send your banking credentials or other banking details to anyone.
• Never pay with gift cards — no legitimate party will ever ask for this.
• Don't give unnecessary personal information to someone you don't know.
• Agree on the price, timing, and scope of the work in writing in the Pystyy chat.
• The scope of work and agreed time are stored on the platform — keep them there for later reference too.
• If the work requires a permit or qualification, check it before accepting the offer.
• Report a suspicious user or message — admin reviews every report.
• In an emergency, contact the authorities (112), not the platform.

How we moderate the platform

Any user can report inappropriate behavior, an attempted scam, or unlicensed work. Admin reviews reports, can restrict or freeze accounts, hide reports and profiles, and requires documents from regulated services before they're published. Chat messages are automatically screened for typical signs of a scam attempt (e.g. a request for an upfront payment to someone unknown), and suspicious content may be flagged for review.
